Roo has become my go to kitchen staple whenever I’m cooking. It’s now a habit to set up the mat before putting down my cutting board, and on the days I think “oh this will just be quick, don’t need it”, I end up getting annoyed at how messy the counter gets and missing the functionality that Roo provides. I now have one that I travel with on road trips so cooking away from home is also easier!
The Roo is great. We leave it out underneath our cutting board and throw it in the dishwasher when needed.
