The mat with the scrap pouch was made to last and is very convenient when chopping up vegetables or trimming meat. Also, the cutting board was sturdy and solid. It is easy to see that it is made from quality material.
It looks just as described and comes in a nice storage bag. I haven;t used it yet but it looks like it will work well.
There is so little info in the listing that I thought this was a cutting board. Looking at it now, duh, it isn't or it would get damaged with every cut. It is a mat for under a cutting board with a discard tray. It's made of thick quality silicone and plastic and works well at preventing slippage too. My wife loves this! She said as soon as she laid it on the counter, it was as if there was suction that kept it from moving. She said she would definitely be using this!
